It was originally written in Portuguese in the year 1988. It has been reproduced in around 67 different languages and made Coelho the world's most translated author among the ones who are alive. The book has been highly praised by critics and has made it to the bestsellers list in a total of 74 countries.

About the Author :

Paulo Coelho's manner of writing is very spiritual and enlightening. His words speak volumes of philosophical knowledge. He worked as an actor, journalist, theatre director and songwriter before he moved on to be a writer, which was his dream.

  Good Service but Wrong Cover Pic

  I already have this book. Paulo has this gift of telling Life's magic and lessons in gripping story form. Net is full of the review of this Book. I can't add anything new. Yes.. Infibeam should match the cover pic on their website with what they send. I received first edition of this book which was available at cheaper rate on competitor website.

  The delivery was within the promised date and book is perfectly new. About the novel: a bit disappointed. May be it's because I expected a lot more from it. It's a good read, nevertheless. A bit old fashioned novel. But if you're buying Paulo's novels, that's what you get.
