About the Author :

Mr B L Gautam was conferred the Presidents Award in 1998. He declined the award! This was to protest against the government’s meek stand, when several Indian jawans were hacked to death on the Bangladesh border.

He has donned many hats during his lifetime. From being a young man, from a small town, struggling to make something of his life. To an outstanding customs officer to a Director Zee group to being the COO of UTV, bringing out meaningful and entertaining movies like Khosla Ka Ghosla and A Wednesday!

His never say die spirit and convictions in himself come out in the form of the protagonist Andy Leelu, in his book Andy Leelu a runaway boy.
