At the outset my heartfelt gratitude to the author, Must say Ms. Shital has been an inspiring writer. I followed some of your articles in Corporate Dossier Economic Times, they are just perfect.
This book on etiquettes is wonderful in the sense that the language used is simple so that even a common man reading it will be able to relate. I definitely would want to appreciate one aspect of the book which is "Civility at the workplace". This chapter has taken into account the very common yet uncommon mistakes at workplace.
