  Tom Clancy is the writer of some of the best techno thriller novels. Jack Ryan his famous character of the series is back into action. This is an extremely complex story of drugs, betrayal, murder, honor and ultimately justice. US Presidents declares that drug smuggling has become clear and present dangers to the national security. John Clark sets up the team which deals blows to the narcoterrorists. Later, Jack Ryan joins the war on drugs in America. He is promoted as Deputy Director of CIA. The plot is very relevant now a day. The way Clancy wrote this novel is appreciating. The twists and turns are there that keep you riveting throughout the read. In this book, we see how the drug smuggling and other illegal works have become a danger and threats to the security of the country. The book intersects law, politics and morality. There is lots of action by the military. The description of the whole thing is so livid that you will feel yourself involved in the war against drugs. This book gives a really positive reading experience. This is probably the best of all his books.
