A Must Read for Spiritual 'Seekers'
This is a must read for spiritual seekers. Bob cuts through illusions about 'seeking' and lucidly explains how we can realize by accepting and being in the now. The best way to read this book is to simply ignore all mental analysis that happens we we are reading and absorb the messages with pure awareness. In fact this book actually addressed to the reality within rather than to our mind created 'I'.
