One Night At The Call Center Book Description

One night at call centre is a story about young people. It deals with what happens in a call center. It explores what happens inside the minds of people working in call centers. The main protagonist of the story is Shyam, who works with his ex-girlfriend Priyanka in a call center.

Chetan got the inspiration to write the story from his close friends and relatives who work in call centers. He says, 'They used to tell me interesting tales about their job which were both funny and dark. After meeting them I felt I could do a good story on the subject.'
