He is the author of three other acclaimed thrillers, "Shattered Bone, The Kill Box," and "The Third Consequence," He lives in Farmington, Utah.

Ben Sowards has contributed to A Christmas Bell for Anya[ With CDWith DVD] as an author. Ben Sowards holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Brigham Young University. A teacher of art at Southern Utah University, he has illustrated several children's books. He and his wife, Connie, have two daughters and live in Utah.
