  Spend some time to read this before you grow old!

  It's not the first time that I have come across Deepak Chopra, since his books emit a spiritual light in an overtly modernistic world. As all of us move towards from the beginning of our lives to the end, we all pass through the ageing process that begins quite early on in our lives, at about the age of 30, and we all show signs of ageing and that our body is conceding to the demands of time and that we must all go through this process and reach the end of our time on earth. As many of us will understand, its not the time that we spend on earth that bothers us, but the process of ageing that unnerves us. There's surely a way out and that is becoming aware about ageing and not being intimidated by it. As it's a journey from one end of the string of life to another, there’s more to ageing than what the skin or the body tells you. As one progresses towards the other end of the string it's the mind that remains timeless regardless of the body becoming old and yet retains is ageless character. The book presents good reading, and it's a welcome thought in a world which depends upon materialism to define the stages of life.
