About the Author(s):

Ganesh S. Hedge received his bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mysore University securing one of the top ranks. He has a second degree in Mechanical Sciences from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore completed successfully in first class. He has several years of teaching experience, apart from many years of serving in R & D and Design departments of reputed industries. He has the publication of two books useful for Mechanical Engineering students to his credit.
