Judy Huebscher has contributed to Andy and Pancake as an author. Judy Huebscher lives in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. She raised four children and then returned to her career as a Public Health Nurse. She is a long-time advocate for disabled children and has been a guest columnist several times for the St. Paul Pioneer Press. Andy and Pancake is based on her youngest son, Andy, and his first hamster. Now, many years later, she is having lots of fun creating imaginary adventures for them and hopes that young readers will love her little boy and his mischievous hamster.
