The three principal characters Natasha Rostov, Prince Andrew and Pierre Bezukhov are introduced together with a large group of their friends and relatives. They progress from youthful uncertainties to a mature and developed view towards life.
Magnificent and complex interweaving of the characters. Wonderful novel to read and enjoy.
