Holism at it's best!

This is the first self-help book that I have read that truly incorporates holistic approaches to living a healthier life. It is well written, easy to read and understand, and the case studies are very informative.

This book is wonderful! It is well-written, concise, and easy to understand. Dr. Mundorff's no-nonsense, common sense approach to healthcare is both refreshing and honest. I learned so much from reading this book that I emailed her asking her to write a follow-up!
