  This book has changed my philosophy of thinking hard before taking a decision. According to Malcolm Gladwell, the best decisions comes from our sub conscious mind. The book is a mixture of different concepts and theories. Book is interesting and full of practical observations. Helps in decision making at your workplace. The subject is appealing and interesting. The reading makes you think about intuitions and sub conscious mind. It says that we can rely on our intuitions and they nay be right sometime. Brilliant attempt by the author.
