Mixed Feelings!!!
In this transaction, there were some initial hiccups due to seller's carelessness. He sent me a different book altogether.
After I contacted Infibeam with the issue, I was asked to scan and send the cover of the book that I received. This sounded quite foolish to me. I can randomly send any soft copy to prove my case, if I want. So trust is the basic thing. My feedback is that if a customer comes with such a complaint, step should be taken for rectification.
However, the fact that a courier person was sent home to collect the wrong book is something that impressed me. Sites like eBay ask customers to courier stuff on their own in such situations. I was extremely happy with the service at this stage.
I’ve had a copy of Mario Puzo’s Godfather and there’s much to write about it, but as this is just a brief review of the book, I’d rather get along with it. The book has several characters and they all are revealed in the sort of lengthy introduction that starts with the wedding scene of Connie.
