About the Author :

Ross Davies has contributed to Kevin Nash as an author. Davies was a founder director of the Oxford Institute of Retail Management in 1985. He is the author of numerous books and articles and has been a consultant to several UK and international retail and development companies, through his company Retailing and Planning Associates. He is presently Emeritus fellow at Templeton College and a visiting professor in retail management at the University of Surrey.
