Dr. B.S. Nagoba, M.Sc. (Med), Ph. D. is working as Professor and Head of the Department of Microbiology at MIMSR Medical College, Latur. He has vast experience of teaching M.B.B.S., B.D.S., B.E., M.Sc., DMLT and other courses. He is recognized guide for Ph. D. (Microbiology) and has been nominated as a guide for Fulbright Indo-USA Research exchange Programme. He has published 62 papers including 6 in international journals. He has been awarded 1 international, 2 national and 1 state level award for his achievements in academic and research activities and his biography is included in Marquis WHO's WHO in the world. He was the president of the Maharashtra chapter of the Indian Association of Medical Microbiologists (1999-2000). He has five books to his credit.
