About the Author(s):
Dr. Francis Cherunilam, a post-graduate in Economics and Business Administration and a doctorate in the area of International `Business, is a prolific writer and has to his credit about 20 books and over a hundred research papers and articles. Some of his books and papers have been translated into Indian and foreign languages.
He is at present a professor at the School of Management Studies, Cochin University of Science and Technology. Earlier, he was on the faculties of the Department of Postgraduate Studies and Research in Economics and the Department of Management Science, University of Mysore. He also had a short stint at the the Indian Institute of Management, Calicut, as Professor and Chairman, Marketing Area.
