He is also a consultant professor at Northwestern Polytechnical University in Xian, China, and a member of the board of directors of the Interuniversity MicroElectronics Centre in Leuven, Belgium. Marleen Wynants is the operational director of the CROSSTALKS program and a contributor to "JANUS" magazine. They are the coeditors of "How Open Is the Future?"
