The book is a brilliant joint effort of two highly experienced and talented faculty members of a prestigious and renowned center of higher education and learning.
Dr. (Mrs.) Rinku Sanjeev has had a brilliant academic record in Doctorate in (Psychology) from the University of Bihar. She also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from L.N. Mishra College of Business Management with specialization in HRM. She has to her credit eight papers presented at various national & international conferences and Seminars. Having worked in the corporate sector, she has hands on experience and in depth knowledge of challenges and problems faced by both the Business as well as Industry. She also has rich teaching experience in the field of Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management and Ethics & Values. Presently, she is teaching at the Manav Rachna College of Engineering (MRCE), Faridabad, as an Asstt. Professor.
Dr. Parul Khanna, a graduate from the University of Delhi and MBA from M.D. University with specialization in HRM, completed her Doctorate in Management from University of Merrut. She is a Life Member of National HRD Network and has actively participated in various seminars and conferences. Presently, she is Sr. Lecturer at Manav Rachna Educational Institute (MREI), Faridabad.
