About The Author
Pratap Giri Subramanyam, FCA, ACS is a rank holder in the Chartered Accountancy Final Examination with post qualification experience of 16 years. He has been a practitioner and consultant for the past ten years in the area of investment banking in debt and equity segments. He specializes in strategic financial and corporate advisory services. Prior t it, he was a manager at Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI)in Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) in Mumbai and extensive hands-on experience in Project Financing, Investment Banking and corporate Advisory Services.

Pratap is a Visiting Faculty at the Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Development Banking (JNIDB, a division of IDBI), Canara bank Training Institute and South India Bankers' Training Institute
