So far so brilliant! A wonderful inspirational tale about an old man who inspires a young guy who he meets in the book shop. The story takes the writer on a journey where he meets these people are working in what we would perceive as the mundane and yet living extraordinary lives. Many things in the book remind me of my own personal journey, one of incredible loss, necessary I think to become the person I am today. Great tips to lead your best life!

Though I've read this books few years back when it had just launched, i bought it again to gift it to a friend who i believe is truly a Leader without a title. This is one of the best books to read and to gift to your loved ones, especially working people. It will shake you from inside... Go ahead and buy it now.

I have read Robin Sharma's Monk who sold his ferrari and Greatness Guide I & II. I felt that both were well written. While MWSHF was in story form and brought out Robin's fundas nicely, GG was in a simple to follow point format. I bought The Leader Who Had No Title hoping that it would have something new to offer. However, I am a bit disappointed in it. It is in a story format but the story drags. It tries to bring out the same points that were espoused in GG but the hyper language tends to irritate rather than inspire. The book just says that you need to be and do the best you can and help and influence everyone around you to improve themselves. If anyone has read GG, there is very little to gain from this book.
