About the Book:
The book titled Main Sarabjit Hoon in Hindi and in English Sarabjit Singh: A Case of Mistaken Identity By Awais Sheikh has been written by his advocate Awais Sheikh.
Sarabjit is serving prison term on charges of involvement in 1990 serial bomb blasts in Pakistans Lahore and Faisalabad that killed 14 people. But the most striking part of the case is obvious he is a victim of mistaken identity and even more glaringly of historically troubled relations between India and Pakistan.
We are not considering this book as a business opportunity. It is part of our endeavour towards getting Sarabjit Singh freed. We have planned to create popular and intellectual support across India by holding events around the book which deals poignantly about his torturous stay in the confines of Pakistani prison.
Mr Awais Sheikh and Sarabjits sister Ms Dalbir Kaur would be touring across India to create awareness and awakening in this regard. Mr Sheikh has already been campaigning in Pakistan for a while now.
