About the Author :
Kirit Sanghvi qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1978 securing a rank in the final examination. Since then, he has been in practice and specializes in Construction and Real Estate related tax & advisory work. He has authored books such as: Losses under the Income-tax Act, 1961 A Study, published by CCH and Fringe Benefits Tax published by Snow White. He has written several articles that have been published in the Economic Times, the Chartered Accountant, the Bombay Chartered Accountants' Journal and other journals and tax magazines. Mr. Sanghvi has also been a regular contributor to a weekly column, published by the Times of India.
