In his tenure at Vardhman, he has headed project management, manufacturing, TPM, marketing, and ERP implementation.

This management book offers new insight that an understanding boss and positive work culture not only helps in achieving the desired strengths and smooth sailing but when combined with simple yet effective management techniques like quality circles, team workings, 5S, cross functional groups, the results can be simply enthralling. An IIMA alumnus and a hot-shot career investment banker successfully handles the ordeal of transforming a sick manufacturing plant and is supported by his better half and batch mates. It is a beautiful book bringing out unique styles of leadership and management.
