It’s mechanical and electronic shutter combined to offer 1/4 sec to 1/4000 sec in Auto mode and 30 sec to 1/4000 sec in all the other modes.

Shooting & Capture Modes

Some of these are meant to utilize certain photographic situations to maximum effect; whereas some introduce special effect to them.

It’s super i-flash, offering 30 cm – 7.1 m (W) and 2.0 m – 3.8 m (T). It also features Red-eye Reduction and Slow Synchro. When Red-eye removal is off, there are Auto, Forced Flash, Suppressed Flash, Slow Synchro available to you; and when Red-eye removal is on, there are Red-eye Reduction Auto, Red-eye Reduction and Forced Flash, Suppressed Flash, Red-eye Reduction & Slow Synchro.

Display

The 7.6 cm 460k-dot TFT color LCD monitor offers 100% coverage. The colors it flaunts will capture your imagination.

It’s TTL contrast AF with AF assist illuminator. It does excellent job in Single AF and Continuous AF (EXR AUTO, Movie) and Manual AF modes – including one-push AF mode. And the AF frame selection options include Center, Multi, Area and Tracking.
