The Nikon P80 is the latest addition to the Nikon COOLPIX P series range. Among its many high end features are its 10.1 mega pixel resolutions, special 18x Optical Wide-Angle Zoom-NIKKOR lens and image stabilization for quality, blur-free images. The camera has 15 scene modes including the New Sports Continuous Scene Mode that are pre-configured for different situations even for a single event to get the best results.

Then there is the New EXPEED Image Processor, which ensures high-quality pictures with stunning color and sharpness. Nikon has also incorporated an Electronic Viewfinder, 'a must have' of all latest digital cameras to enable the user to see through the lens in any type of lighting condition.And what's more, the camera comes with an internal memory of 52MB and accepts SDHC memory media, allowing high-speed storage of atleast a thousand photographs. This allows the user to click as many photographs as possible and store them for editing in the future.

But the best feature of the camera is the D-Lighting, which rescues pictures that are too dark for printing by enhancing the underexposed areas of the picture while not touching the properly exposed areas. In-Camera Red-Eye Fix automatically fixes red-eye errors and Face Priority AF, Nikon's face-finding technology that can quickly find and focus on up to 12 faces in a group portrait. It comes with added benefit of WiFi connectivity for those who wish for this feature.Nikon P80 also brings in High Quality TV Movies with Sound through its movie mode. The camera is worth a see as Nikon claims it to be the World's Most Compact Super-telephoto Camera till date.
