With face index it becomes easier to find and play back the right video scene. The face detection technology indexes the video footage as per the faces detected in each scene thus enabling easy playback by mere selection of the detected faces.

Recording can be done to the camcorder's internal hard disk drive or to the removable memory stick media. Copying of images from the hard disk to the memory stick can also be done without using the PC.
