Firstly very much thanks to infibeam for offering such a good deal. As the price offered is far better compared to outside purchase and even through other online shopping sites. Received product in 4 working days from delhi to hyderabad. Packing was very tact. No damage.
PROS: Player is highly enabled for DTS and DOLBY effects where other brands wont work the both. simple, compact, stylish and light weight. Even scratched discs play very well. 5.1 channel and digital coaxial jacks both are present. Best buy for those who are interested to get a DVD player in economy and good features. USB feature offers to play .avi, .vob, .mp4, .mp3, .aac, mpeg4,.jpeg, some xvid formats also. Overall SONY is a brand to believe. DVD player remote controls TV ( any brand) . I am having SONY TV and ONKYO HOME THEATRE sysytem and now happily able to enjoy the correct music tracks with this DVD player.
CONS: wont play dvix, mkv and formats above 720p(HD) . These formats usually play good in blu ray players only. As now-a-days we have file converters( Aiseesoft total video converter( best converter)), we can easily convert the fie to avi or other playable formatsand play happily.
