Discussion - For Thyroid Dry Skin....

Hello, I want to know that i have pimples & pimple marks also on my face but now its reduce withou any treatment. Now can i use Johnson & Johnson baby cream for my face or body the reason i have hypothyroid because of this i have very very bad dry skin [hole body] & because of the dryness my skin im faceing rashes with blood [Hole body except face]. The doctor suggested me to use moisturizer + oily cream to avoid dryness, at present im using for my face & body Johnson & Johnson lotion; i'm happy with this. So can i use cream for my face also along with my body.. Because cream is too oily compare to lotion & costly also.. Awaiting for the reply...
