I bought this phone on Oct 20, 2012 and received delivery on Oct 31, 2012. Internal total memory of 4GB, usable is 2.57GB and rest is used by OS. RAM is 512 MB. To be more precise... Available System Space is 581 MB, Internal Storage is 2.57GB and supports 32 GB memory SD card. I would prefer as 16GB SD card if u do not want phone to be sluggish.

I purchased one A21 Karbonn on 2nd December 2012,from Reliance out-let with one year warranty and insurance cover for 1year ( LOSS, Theft,damage etc) at cost of Rs 10,000/-
In application later i find Karbonn A9 is better than A21. in the following area .
Actully 4GB memory is not available for user in A21
GPRS facility not available/ no GPRS support with google map,
WAP not available.
Sensor not available-accelerator/proximity sensor /light sensor/3DG sensor
Handwriting recognition,Voice assisted GPS, not available
some one should say all the important applications are available in A21, or not
like
G mail,
You tube,
Google -search,play &,talk
What about -skype available or not ? Available in A9
Face book, Picasa,twitter,Flicker, MSN, Yahoo,Yahoo Messenger, Whats App -are available or not
All the above functions and applications are available in A9
NOW THIS A21 is used in New Zealand by my friend .
