Discussion - Recall of Kinetic Flyte

I have purchased new Kinetic Flyte in September 2008 from Northern Motors Faridabad Haryana.The scooter is plying @ 22 Kms Per Littre of petrol The scooter has been send about 25 times to the dealer work shop for checkup. The Dealer is showing great disregard to me and is always be fooling me.
Is there any website of the Manufacturer or the complaint cell of the manufacturer where I can lodge my complaint.
I feel there is some authorty named as MRTP working under Govt of India who can stop the manufacturing of this vehicle and recall the product from the market
