I have ordered this for my sister's wedding anniversary and was apprehensive about it reaching on time as I was away from town and could not follow up. There had been one Mr Shailesh in the customer care team that followed up my order and was in constantly in touch with me for the same. They could not get my sister on phone for the address so this guy kept calling me to let know of the options / alternative arrangements that could be done.
