Couple of improvements will make the online shopping experience even better - (1) The shipping cost must be minimized. At Rs 65, it is a lot where other retailers are offering free shipping or very low shipping (as insignificant as Rs 5 or Rs 10) on numerous products. (2) I had requested for delivery on 29th, but the actual delivery happened several days ahead of time... sometimes, a customer may have intentionally asked for a later delivery date. Will be good if that wish is given more consideration than the eagerness to deliver early !
