Placing your first Automobile Order?

Placing an order is quite simple really. Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order.

1. Browse the site and find the Car, Bike, Moped or Scooter you want to purchase
2. Proceed to Checkout by Clicking "Contact Dealer" or "Test Drive"
3. Sign In or setup a new account (if you are not already signed in)
4. Physically Inspect the automobile at local Dealer location (optional)
5. Pay and Drive the automobile home

For confirmed order, the automobile is held in your name for 24 hours upon placing your order. If you are on our "Waitlist", we will try to fulfill the order within 72 hours and will try our best but offer no guarantees.

1. Find the Items You Want: First you will need to browse or search for the automobile you would like to order. You will also find links that allow you to browse, where you then have the ability to search by city, category, price, brand, fuel type, color and seating capacity in the left navigation bar. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item.

2. Proceed to Checkout by clicking on "Contact Dealer" or "Test Drive". Take a moment to review the item prior to confirming.

3. Sign In by entering your required information. You will be asked to enter your email and password for existing customers. New customers will be asked to register.

4. Physically inspect your automobile at your local dealer location provided by Infibeam.com. Note that on confirmed orders, we will only hold the automobile in your name for 24 hours upon placing the order.

5. Payment will be made at the local dealer location. We accept Checks, Credit Cards, and Cash.

Drive your automobile as soon as your payment is cleared. If you decide that you don't want to purchase prior to making payment, you can go to "My Account" and click on "View Orders". Select "Open orders" and click cancel to remove your purchase.

For confirmed order, the Mobile Phones, Mobile Accessories, Books, Cameras, Watches, Health Equipments is shipped the same day. If by chance there is any issue in fulfilling your order, we will try to source inventory within 72 hours and will try our best to ensure speedy delivery.

Can I Test Drive an Automobile before buying?

Yes. Test-driving at Infibeam.com is absolutely free of charge and you are not bound to purchasing the car or bike once you have test-driven it. Once you place your order online, we allow you the facility to Test Drive and perform Physical Inspection. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will allow you to cancel your order without any penalty. We will take your payment after you have inspected the car or bike you bought online on Infibeam.com.

All Cars and Bikes sold on Infibeam.com are Registered, Financed and Insured prior to delivery.

When is Deal of the Day launched?

We offer a new car, a new bike and a new Mobile for Deal of the Day every single day. The company will not pre-announce the deal prior to launch.

The details: a new product is released every morning at 12am IST, seven days a week. If a product sells out during its run, a new item will not appear until the next release time. You will know if a product is sold out, because the buy button next to the listing will say "Sold Out". You can register your interest by calling customer serivce or writing an email to us and we will try our best to fulfill your order but offer no guarantees that your Waitlist order will be fulfilled. We process Waitlist orders within 72 hours and will update you on the status of your order.

How does Waitlist work?

We allow customers to register interest for items we are Sold Out by phone or email. If there is any cancellation on confirmed order for any reason or if we are able to source more items within 72 hours, we will serve customers in Waitlist queue on first come first serve basis.

If we are not successful in fulfilling your waitlist request within 24 hours, we will notify you.

No. Each Infibeam.com product is discontinued at 11:59pm IST. We may get more of the same item later but offer no guarantees.

What can I expect from delivery times and can you deliver the Car or Bike or Mobile Phones, Mobile Accessories, Books, Cameras, Watches, Health Equipments anywhere?

The Deal of the Day product advertised on Infibeam.com is ready to deliver. In rare cases, we may take your order and then discover that a product is not available for delivery (i.e., it is damaged or defective). In the event that Infibeam.com is not able to deliver the product you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail and do our best to fulfill the order as soon as possible.

Because Infibeam.com offers products at a heavily discounted price, many of our products sell out very fast. We update our site every day, but there is a short delay in reflecting the actual quantities of product on hand - particularly since thousands of people visit our online store every day. To avoid missing out on our featured items, we encourage you to act quickly.

For products where we are out of stock, we allow customers to register interest for Cars or Bikes or Mobile Phones, Mobile Accessories, Books, Cameras, Watches, Health Equipments where we are Sold Out on the item. For Cars and Bikes orders, after you place an order you will get an order confirmation with the order number and physical location of the car or bike you ordered at your local destination. In addition, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation for your order with a unique order number. An Infibeam.com representative will contact you on your registered number and schedule an appointment for physical inspection and payment.

For Mobile phone orders, after you place an order, we will ship your order within 24 hours and the order is usually delivered next day anywhere in India.

You can also get order information by visiting "Your Account" on Infibeam.com. This confirmation will contain the details of the car(s) or bike(s) or Mobile(s) ordered.

Can I cancel my Order?

You can cancel your order at anytime prior to making payment. Sign-in into "Your Account" and click on "View Orders" link that shows you open orders. You can click on "Cancel order" next to your pending order.

What if I am not satisfied with the car or bike or Mobile Phones, Mobile Accessories, Watch, Books, Cameras, and Health Equipments after the delivery?

Inifibeam.com offers an opportunity for a customer to physically inspect and test-drive the car or bike prior to purchase. In this way the chances of returns are non-existent. We do not offer returns once you inspected the vehicle and the new car or bike purchase is made. In case of Mobile Phones, Mobile Accessories, Books, Cameras, Watches, Health Equipments, we allow returns if the product is defective or damaged and returned to us in original packing.

Can I cancel the order once placed?

You can cancel your Car or Bike order if you do not want to buy after physical inspection. For Mobile Phones, Mobile Accessories, Watch, Books, Cameras, and Health Equipments, you cannot cancel an order once payment has been made. In summary, it is generally not possible to cancel the order once you have passed through the procedure of payment, insurance, or loan.

Product Availability?

Most Cars, Bikes and Mobile Phones, Mobile Accessories, Books, Cameras, Watches, Health Equipments are in-stock and ready to be delivered upon payment. In cases where we are out of stock, you can get on our waitlist and we will try to fulfill your order within 72 hours.

We can deliver Mobile Phones, Mobile Accessories, Books, Cameras, Watches, Health Equipments anywhere in India. We can only deliver the car and bike to you within the same city you ordered. If you are living Out of State, we will not be able to register your car or bike in a different city and you will be responsible for any financial and legal liability that arises from Out of State purchase of a car or bike.

I see Deal of the Day, how does it work?

We sell one new item as Deal of the Day until it is Sold Out or until 11:59pm IST when it is replaced. If the item gets sold out prior to your purchase, you can get on our Waitlist and we will try our best to deliver on your order but offer no guarantees. If you see Sold out, it means our waitlist is full and closed. Please know that getting on our Waitlist does not confirm your order and we give no guarantees — we process Waitlist every 72 hours and will let you know if your order is confirmed.

We will deliver the Mobile phone anywhere in India. In case of Cars and Bikes, pick only the closest city within your State and browse for available Cars and Bikes. Note that we do not ship Cars or Bikes across States and any financial and legal liabilities associated any out of state transfers are borne by the customer.
