Hi While your price was better than flipkart you mentioned that delivery will take 10-12 days. This discouraged me from buying. However your order was delivered to me on 4th day. While 4th day is not great it was not as bad as 10-12 days ..so dont mention that as expected delivery time. At the same time improve delivery time to 3 days and your service will become excellent.
