Infibeam offers 30 days replacement guarantee for all products sold on Infibeam.com, under certain conditions which are mentioned below. Customers will notify us of any damage or defect within 72 hours from the date of receipt of delivery of the products, in case customer fails to inform Infibeam within the stipulated time frame, Infibeam reserves the right to accept or reject such request at its discretion. Infibeam will replace the defective product with a brand new product at no extra cost.
Infibeam will try to replace the specific product ordered. However, the company reserves the right to offer an alternate product in case the product is out of stock/ production.
The 30days replacement guarantee is valid only in cases of manufacturing defects and transport damages and is invalid in cases of damages due to normal wear & tear and negligence on part of the customer. The return policy is also not valid for certain products such as Cakes, Flowers, gifts, etc. Should customers come across any issue with such products, they are advised to contact customer service within 72 hours, failing which we may decide not take a request for replacement.

HTC One V
Got this mobile phone yesterday on time i.e. 22nd Spet which I ordered on 18th Sept in a good condition. As of now haven't explored the phone much and as its my first android device it will take time to getting used to it. But I will write one detailed review in about a month or so and will keep phone's performance as main topic. As of now its running smoothly has a good camera and sound is nice with the headphones. Main reason to order from infibeam is because of the cheapest rates available on the internet. Nearly 1,000 INR cheaper than local mobile suppliers. Thanks!

Great value
Amazing package for the price. I love the design -- yes, the chin -- and the premium feel of the phone in your hand. Android ICS is the obvious attraction, at least for the moment. But even when other phones arrive with the update, this one will still stand out. You get 25 GB free on Dropbox for two years. A nice custom HTC user-interface, a smooth touch-interface, decent camera, good audio.
Worth the money.
