I've had mine since Christmas, the first one died altogether after about a month & wouldn't turn on or even charge. The second one has been great. I love the video playback (I've watched a few episodes of Heroes on the train). The video camera is good quality. I am disappointed with the still camera, which although is miles better than my old Sony Ericsson K510i, doesn't live up to the hype, a real 5MP digital camera would take much better pictures. It seems the problem is that the viewty compresses the image after it has been captured so you end up losing all the detail you started with! For Tracey, to get pictures onto your PC you have to either, - Install the LG PC suite software that comes with it. Make sure that the phone's USB connection mode is 'Mass Storage' (under Phone Settings, Connectivity) & then connect the Viewty to the PC using the USB cable. Then you can see the phone using Windows explorer or the LG PC suite's explorer & copy & paste your picture files onto your PC. - Use Bluetooth to send your pictures to your PC, if the PC has Bluetooth that is :-).
