Apart from the looks, Nokia Lumia 820 has varied features in it! Where should I start? The internal 8 GB memory is sufficient, but I have expanded it to 32 GB using a microSD card. There’s a host of connectivity features in the Lumia 820 as well, right from the trusty Bluetooth to NFC and Wi-Fi. I have subscribed to a 3G data plan and I easily access all my favourite websites, check emails and stream content online. Internet Explorer 10 and Bing are my personal favourites as I am accustomed to using them on my home PC. Microsoft Office documents like Word, Excel and PowerPoint can be viewed and edited on my phone easily and this has come in very handy at crucial times. Lumia 820 comes with a big 4.3-inch large AMOLED touchscreen display which makes everything on my phone look vibrant and striking. I can easily swipe and zoom into images with a mere touch of my fingers with the cutting-edge multi-touch feature on my phone. Like any high-end smart phone, Nokia Lumia 820 has an 8 MP camera that clicks very high quality pictures. I can even record videos in full HD 1080p quality.

When it comes to the software aspect, my Lumia 820 is a clear victory. Windows Phone 8 OS is a clear winner here. The Live tiles feature is just amazing and allows me to add shortcuts to my favourite apps on the homescreen. Now, without accessing social networking sites, I can access my friend’s posts and navigate through their updates by means of the PeopleHub app. I never feel the need for my PC as I can use Bing and internet explorer 10 on my wonder phone with ease. 3G technology enables me to access just about everything on my Lumia 820 and also enables me to stream contents online.
