Samsung Pixon M8800 Review
By Col J Jacob (Retd),
I bought a M8800 last May. Since then the touch screen has packed up three times. I would leave it off for a few days and it would recover. On Jan 01 it finally packed up and Samsung service in Bangalore kept saying they were getting the parts. Finally on 21 Jan I decided to take formal action. I sent a mail to the ids I found on the Samsung web site but the mails all bounced. I then wrote a formal letter to the Service Statioin and had it delivered by hand. Lo and Behold the part just arrived. I now have a working phone but I will NEVER buy any Samsung product again.
the phone is good and well featured but the main problem is that cost is high.
you can compare samsung pixon m8800 with samsung other cell which cost is low as compared to pixon.
