I just bought this simple and no frills device for my gran who has never used a mobile earlier. The keyboard is fairly large as u cn see in the image and I was impressed wit the technical sheet provided here. Dint think much on it. This was the best gift I cud think of giving gran on her birthday. There was some delays in shipping but was sorted out by the CS team. Thanks Infibeam,,overall a very good shopping exp wit u!

I purchased it on 11Oct11, the pros & cons are: +ves: 1. Big buttons 2. Voice function is great 3. Look is good 4. Emergency button is unique and gr8 , can give sms to 5 people simulatneosly and calls them in sequence. -ves: 1. Radio button is at wrong place at the side, which gets on by mistake many times. 2. White color body is prone to dust, so lamination is must. 3. Red button to disconnect call , has started giving probs, Need to press it hard & long to disconnect calls. 4.Calls history details retraction path is long and not easy. Though the delivery and packaging of infibeam was fantastic!

Wanted to gift a cell to my Granny who is not so techno, to keep in tch wid her. She already had other normal models, but small keys and intimidating menus were proving psyching to her. Saw this with my friend’s grand pa. Simple, easy to use, with all cellphone features required. Immediately ordered one from Infibeam (as my pal suggested, being a regular customer). I was highly impressed by the promptness in delivery and details to packaging. Long battery life, FM Radio, light weight and torch built in, I would call it a steal...

i purchased it for my mother, pros: 1. bright torchlight 2. SOS facility 3. FM radio 4. huge keypad buttons (but user hardly use this.. cos all the numbers are already saved in contact list, so i think its not that beneficial to users) cons: 1. red background with black font makes old people VERY difficult to see whats on the screen. 2. price is too much (INR 3,150 just for call and sms function!!) 3. battery backup is not that satisfactory.. in comparison to nokia phones of same range 4. there is no shortcut option/button to go back to home screen. one has to press back button again and again, until you get there.(annoying!) now , about ifibeam/seller: 1. fast delivery 2. packing was really good 3. item received is same as in the description . thank you
