About six months after its release in Bengal, Ray wrote to Marie Seton, It is extraordinary how quickly it has become part of popular culture. Really there isnt a single child in the city who doesnt know and sing the songs from the film.

  What a GREAT service

  Infibeam is rock in this case. The movie is not available in the Kolkata for a long time as I have found is hard. Though infibeam have given me this after a long a time of ordering the delivery date was SATYAJIT ROY's Birth Day. I am very happy as it was a seal copy and till now no complain.
