I had to order this printer twice because when I ordered it first, infibeam couriered it through DTDC courier services which is completely useless. After that I ordered it again and this time it was couriered by Bluedart and I got it within 3 days of shipping. So I would just warn infibeam to stop using such courier services which are useless like DTDC. Rest is Ok. Coming to the printer, it is really a great deal if you do not print a large number of pages regularly. It contains 802 small cartridges which give page yield of almost 50 per refill after refilling. So if you are a regular user of printer then you will have to refill the cartridges quite often which is really annoying. So in that case you should go for 'ink advantage' printers. Otherwise for normal home usage, its great.
