  Even after studying and teaching Macrobiotics for over 30 years I found Verne Varona's: MACROBIOTICS FOR DUMMIES compelling. I read the first 30 pages in one sitting and was duty-bound to read the rest. I will be using this book for my consultations and cooking classes with those who have chronic illness. I will also be recommending it to virtually everyone who is looking for greater endurance and vitality. After 30 years I found that macrobiotic eating is the SECRET to a long and happy life.
