    Who Moved My Cheese? Is a short story written by Spencer Johnson. This book is very light. The hardcover format only 96 pages makes for an easy and quick read. This successful book is translated in 26 languages. This book has a brilliant metaphor which involves two mice and two little people living together in a complex system. They are different in behavior and reactions. When they are exposed to changes, the two mice react and move forward while the little people analyse and stop their lives. They think about the change. Well its good to analyse the change and understand what happened as it helps to prevent next change. But one should not stop living life. Life must go on even after change. “Cheese” in the book is the main goal in your life. It can be your family, house, job or anything that’s important for you. The author emphasizes that one should move with the cheese inspite of favorable or unfavorable changes. The concept is refreshing and positive. It teaches you about the personal growth and development effortlessly and powerfully. Beneficial for the People that are finding that they are stagnating at work or in their personal life. It demonstrates several approaches to change that we find in society today. The story is very simple, interesting and powerful but the main thing is that how the reader reacts while reading the book. It has proclaimed as a best book for managers.
