  In these times of hard hitting recession, we all tend to gravitate towards reading self help books and rushing to buy career gurus books. I was no different, I ordered online Richard N. Bolles’, What color is your Parachute. He has 40 years of career guidance experience. While reading the book, it helped me point out the mission of my life. What color is you Parachute has small exercises which assisted me in acknowledging my dreams and talents which were long buried. The book also describes how one can use the social networking media and internet to network and sell oneself. Through the book, Bolles explains that job hunting itself is a full time, hands on job. Take it as a tip from a fellow reader, this book and some common sense will take you ahead.
