The Pink Leviathan - can’t believe this is Jonah Aden’s maiden book. Story revolves around this one main character Aden, an ardent Christian and a few important people in his life. Aden burdens himself with an unrequited love that he carried all through, for a monster that left his heart sunken in unfathomed sorrow and loneliness. This surely is a love unsaid and unseen and his book is sure to give you shocks, surprises, smiles and at the end leave you with a heavy heart and welled eyes! A book filled with guilt, regrets, deception, deepest condemn for the society’s irrational beliefs and above all, LOVE! Great work by Aden! May God bless him and work!
I am absolutely amazed that the author has come up with something as beautiful as this. The sentence construction and use of vocabulary is as good as it can get and the book keeps getting better and better as you progress. Everything is very vividly narrated which sets the reader's imagination running like a hamster wheel. It is a must read especially for the youth because this book brings out various prejudices in society and the author has done well to stand up for certain things he believes in. Go Aden! I am so waiting for the sequels to this part. All the very best and may God be with you.
I got this book on the first day because of the cover. The book is a story of one man's struggle with life and relationships. It was a fun read. And at the same time, the intensity of the story is simply impossible to describe. The story takes unexpected turns and you get shocked in certain places. But that's what makes this book a must-read for the youth. There is a lot to learn from this story...about love, faith, passion, relationships...and so much more. The story did end on a very emotional note leaving the possibility for a sequel...which is something I look forward to. Cant wait to see whats going to happen next with the guy in the novel.
