The Fiat Palio Stile is Fiat's world car that is based on the 174 platform developed on the lines of a design by the Idea Institute of Turin, Italy. This car has brilliant aerodynamic features that give it a low drag coefficient of just 0.33 CD. Its exteriors exude clean lines and fresh styling.

The Fiat Palio creates the right first impressions with its sparkling double barrel shaped head lamps placed right above the stylish bumper. It abounds with solid yet dynamic looks along with its all new interiors and plush beige upholstery. It also has classy dual colour dashboard. The brown interiors exude warmth and brushed metal lend a relaxed feeling.

The Fiat Palio Stile comes with some smart features to some smart solutions like Double Crank Prevention System that prevents double cranking of the engine, reverse gear lock, engine immobiliser, external door lock system, and child safety locks.

The Fiat Palio 1.1 Stile features a four cylinder F.I.R.E. 1108 cc SOHC engine under its smart bonnet. This superb engine which has seen excellent performance elsewhere, delivers a maximum power of 57 PS @ 5250 rpm and a maximum torque of 92 Nm @ 2750 rpm, the fuel system is electronic multipoint with 32 bit microprocessor.

The 1.6 L Stile Sport has a larger 1596 cc 16 V DOHC engine that delivers a fabulous 100 PS of power at 5500 rpm and a torque of 137 Nm @ 4250 rpm. Both models feature rack and pinion power steering and manual five gear transmission with overdrive on the 4th and the 5th gears. The 1.1 SL is available in three variants - 1.1 SL, 1.1 SLE and the 1.1 SLX. While the 1.1 SL features air-conditioning, power steering, and remote fuel lid opener, the 1.1 SLE additional features like central locking and power front windows. Additionally, the 1.1 SLX features power rear windows, child lock, tachometer, and digital lock, and other must have features too. The 1.6 sports is a versatile model with great gizmos, goodies and must-have features.

What's more, choose the from a wide range of colours including furnace red, ozone blue, alpine green, mint white, carbon black, and magnesium grey.

The Fiat Palio Stile 1.1 SL features Fiat's revolutionary 1.1 litre FIRE petrol engine that delivers optimum performance and torque thereby delivering excellent power and acceleration. This base-level variant also features electronic multipoint system with 32 bit microprocessor that delivers optimum efficiency and better fuel management with a better fuel performance of between 11 and 16 kmpl depending upon driving conditions.

Additionally, features like central locking, front and rear power windows with child lock are not included in this variant. This variant features half wheel covers, fabric lined seats, black dialled instrument cluster among others. Additional missing features are front fog lamp, rear wiper and washers, alloy wheels, body coloured door handles and OVRMs and others.

nice but not so nice

hello friends,
nice car meaning good styling and comfort.But pick up is lousy.Without A/C still could manage.I have driven other small cars and when u compare with santro,well,santro has a better pick and mileage.what i really love about this car was the feeling of safety.U feel as tho u r in a tank.Also superb ground clearence.So overall pick up and overall power is biggest curse to this car.Oh before i forget everytime u start the car there is noise from the engine due the fan belt which couldnt be corrected by the service people.this noise started 1 month after i bought the car.this is the third month and iam selling this nice but not so nice car for half the price.LOUSY RESALE VALUE also

Fiat Palio SLE

I have recently purchased Fiat Palio1.1 SLE or rather exchanged my Fiat Polio 1.2 in last week of February, 2008 from Jaika Motors, Nagpur . It is a nice car in comparison with Fiat Polio 1.2, which I was having previously. Best feature being much better average. A slightly reduced power is felt at the time of initial pickup but than it gives much better average.

Only thing I could not accept is that I was shown the car in the showroom with the following features such as support Ceiling Handle above both the doors in the rear ceiling for the passengers in the rear seat and a beautiful molded boot tail gate cover from inside.

But when the car was delivered to me, I was surprised to find that both Ceiling Handles in the rear and the Molded Boot Tail Gate cover are missing. The whole interior was spoiled due to open sheet metal ribs & compartments boxes showing wiring without rear hood cover from inside the car.

It is rather surprising that a car costing around Rs.4, 19,000/- on road is not provided with such minor necessary items which are provided by other car manufacturer such as Hyundai’s all models of Santro and Maruti’s 800 to wagon R and Chevrolet.
