Nissan is a multinational automaker that initially marketed its vehicles under the 'Datsun' brand name. Currently it is the third largest car manufacturer in Japan. It is currently head quartered in Ginza, Tokyo, but it plans to move its headquarters to Yokohama, Kanagawa by 2010. It has regularly made tie-ups and alliances with major car manufacturers around the world, and has concentrated on foreign expansion to leverage its marketing base.

The X-trail Comfort is the entry level variant in the X-Trail range. Inclusive of the features in the X-Trail model, it comes along with some superb features like air conditioning, power steering, anti-lock braking system, passenger airbags, leather seats and CD player. This variant has five doors and is capable of seating five people. Along with a large fuel tank of 60 litres, the Nissan X-Trail Comfort offers an acceptable fuel economy of around 12.5 kmpl per litre.
