The Camry is Toyota's latest entry in the luxury sedan segment targeted at premium buyers. This model boasts of superior aerodynamic features coupled with a host of stylish and elegant external features along with athletic curves that blend with the overall design. Camry's classy aerodynamics presents a coefficient of drag of just .28 thereby cutting down noise and wind resistance thereby improving fuel efficiency considerably.

Its 16 V DOHC engine with VVT-i technology produces an amazing 167 PS of power at 6,000 RPM and 22.8 kg-m of torque at 4,000 rpm. The front brake is ventilated disc type while the rear brake is solid disc type.

The Camry is also equipped with powerful hydraulic power steering. Moreover, the front suspension consists of the world renowned MacPherson strut type, while the rear suspension is dual link strut.

Other commanding features include high intensity discharge projector style lamps, retractable headlamp cleaner, auto light control system, rear combination lamps, large 16 alloy wheels, hydrophilic outer rear view mirror and others.

Toyota's innovation for safety has given the Camry an abundance of safety features such as vehicle stability control, large diameter with disc brake, brake assist system, SRS air Bags, Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) with EBD, head impact protection, whiplash injury lessening, and pedestrian injury reduction structure.

Camry's well appointed interiors are a class in its own. The Camry has an 8 way power seat for drivers and a 4 way power seat for occupants. Further included are an aesthetically designed dashboard, psychoacoustics audio system spacious glove, creatively designed bottle holders, newly developed interior colours, and sliding armrests, automatic plasma technology air-conditioning, and intelligent climate control that gives the most excellent comfort to occupants.

The Camry comes in two variants - the 2.4 litre five speed manual transmission and the 2.4 litre 5-speed automatic.

Due to its automatic transmission feature, this variant offers a slightly less fuel economy of 7.6 kmpl in city conditions, and around 10.8 kmpl on highways. However, for those preferring the convenience of gearless driving along with the sophisticated exteriors and well appointed interiors of the new Camry, this variant will suit them in the best possible manner. Along with advanced features like cruise control, this variant also has an a/c vent at the rear, thus allowing maximum passenger comfort.

innovative camry

i live in canada and i got this website from my friend so iwent on it i saw this nice cars and this reviews for the cars , the comments that is in the review they are all right about the car, toyota camry its a very nice car you all those lamborghinis i got tired of driving those cars, so than my friend ask me for my lamborghini to take it to U.S.A, than i ask him for his camry because if i give him my camry i woulden't have any car left to go to my job,cause my sister take my porsche to university and my dad has porsche SUV, he uses that SUV so i have to ask him for his camry, when i drove it back to my home, took highway, my speed was 140KPH and the car goes so smooth you can't even feel its goig on 140KPH if decide to buy this car buy it.

Great car

I live in Ahmedabad and I am CEO in a company. Taking time out of busy schedule I am writing this review on this fantastic car to share my views with persons wanting to buy this car.

This is simply awesome car both interior and exterior wise. Its host of stylish and elegant external features along with athletic curves that blend with the overall design are the unique features which drives apart this car from the rests.

I have a kid of 5 years, so his safety is most important to me when I am driving and he is sitting besides me. Child safety lock was an important feature which I was looking in for while purchasing the car. And this car has the same. Keyless entry is also one of the important features of the car. Though it is a big car, but its noiseless and flawless driving makes it enjoyable.

6 CD cum MP3 player which comes as an accessory along with the car gives me a feeling of mini disco room. Rain sensing wipers and retractable headlamp cleaners are other attracting features of this car. It gives a good average on traffic roads and also on highway.

I am happy that I own this car which is according to my designation.
