great machine, very fast, froths and heats up the milk perfectly for excellent tasting coffee. The very second day we had it, it stopped working but that was only because a tiny piece of plastic on the inside of the cap had suddenly come off, allowing the pressure to release through the cover instead of the frother. Otherwise, we love it!!
